Turn WooCommerce into a B2B quoting machine — let customers request prices, negotiate, and pay, all in one flow.
The problem
Your best customers email for bulk pricing. You juggle spreadsheets and PDFs, quotes get lost in inboxes, and deals go cold before anyone follows up.
Synova RFQ Pro replaces that mess with one connected workflow — from the product page to a paid order, all inside WooCommerce.
One connected workflow
An “Add to Quote” button sits beside (or replaces) Add to Cart. They build a quote cart and submit contact details, notes, and an optional file.
Every request lands in your dashboard. Set quoted unit prices, add a discount, tax, and shipping; totals recalculate instantly.
One click emails the customer a professional PDF with your logo, terms, and a secure link to respond.
The customer accepts, rejects, or messages back. A built-in thread keeps the whole conversation and every revision on record.
Turn the accepted quote into a real WooCommerce order at the agreed prices and email a secure payment link.
Everything, in one plugin
A session-based quote basket customers build across the store, with a customizable button on product and shop pages.
Turn any catalog into “call for price” or a pure quote-only storefront — globally or by rule.
Enable RFQ by product, by category, by user role, or for guests only.
A filterable, searchable quote list with live counts, bulk actions, and a full detail workspace.
Set quoted unit prices, then apply a % or flat discount, tax, and shipping — totals recalculate live.
Modern or Classic templates with your logo, colors, and terms, generated on your server.
Ten editable templates cover the whole lifecycle, each toggleable, with placeholders and your branding.
A tokenized secure link lets customers view, respond to, and download their quote — no login.
A two-way thread keeps every message and revision on record.
One click creates a native WooCommerce order at the agreed prices, with a secure payment link.
Email selected suppliers a quote request with an items table and the customer's requirements.
Per-role percentage discounts off catalog prices — the highest matching discount wins.
Quote capture
Add an “Add to Quote” button on single product and shop/category pages, in additive mode (beside Add to Cart) or replace mode (a quote-only flow). Customize its label and colors, and place it precisely with hook controls on both single and loop pages.
It works on block/FSE themes like Twenty Twenty-Five and classic themes alike. Customers build a session-based quote basket — with a persistent floating widget that counts items live — then submit a form capturing name, email, phone, company, city, country, a free-text message, and an optional file attachment (spec sheets, drawings), protected by a honeypot against bots. Three shortcodes and an auto-created “Request a Quote” page make setup instant.
Pricing & totals
Every request lands in a quote manager with unique numbers (RFQ-YYYY-NNNNN) and a full status lifecycle — New, In Review, Sent to Supplier, Quotation Sent, Negotiation, Approved/Rejected, Converted, Expired.
Edit the quoted unit price and quantity per line with a live line-total preview, then apply an order-level discount (flat or %), tax (flat or %, after discount), and shipping. Totals recalculate server-side — subtotal − discount + tax + shipping, floored at zero — and mirror live in the admin. Add staff-only internal notes, customer-visible notes, and an expiry date per quote.
Branded PDFs
Generate a branded PDF quotation with a bundled engine — no external service, and it renders fully offline for security. Choose the Modern or Classic template, add your logo (auto-scaled and embedded), company name, address, contact details, an accent color, and a terms & conditions block.
The PDF is auto-attached to the “quotation sent” email, downloadable by you from the admin, and by the customer from their secure quote view.
Email automation
An instant alert whenever a customer submits a quote request.
Reassures the buyer their request was received.
The branded quotation email, with the PDF attached and a secure response link.
Automatic notifications the moment a customer responds.
Get every customer message or revision request in your inbox.
Sends the secure payment link once a quote converts to an order.
Emails suppliers an items table and requirements for sourcing.
A daily cron nudges customers before a quote expires.
Close the loop
Customers open their quote through a tokenized secure link (validated with hash_equals, no login required) to accept, reject, message you, or download the PDF — with a full conversation thread and actions guarded so responses are only allowed while the quote is respondable and unexpired.
When it's agreed, convert the quote into a native WooCommerce order in one click: line items at the quoted prices, the discount as a negative fee, tax as a fee line, and shipping as a shipping item — so the order total matches the quote exactly. The order and quote reference each other, and the customer gets a secure pay link. Guards prevent double-conversion and missing products, with HPOS-aware order links.
B2B power tools
Full CRUD for suppliers — contact person, email, phone, company, categories, and notes.
Email selected suppliers a quote request with an items table and requirements; the quote advances to “Sent to Supplier”.
Per-role percentage discounts off catalog, variation, and sale prices — the highest matching discount wins.
Turn RFQ on only for specific products or categories (empty = all).
Require login, or offer RFQ only to guests — your choice.
Limit RFQ to selected B2B roles when you want a trade-only quote flow.
Tools & automation
Import quotes from CSV — header-mapped, grouping multiple rows into multi-item quotes, matching products by ID or SKU, UTF-8 BOM safe.
Export all quotes, by status, a hand-picked selection (search-as-you-type), a single quote, or its line items.
A daily job emails an expiry reminder ~2 days out and auto-expires overdue quotations.
Every save, send, convert, accept, or reject is snapshotted with the author and a note.
Keep staff-only notes separate from customer-visible notes on every quote.
General, Button, Rules, B2B Pricing, Emails, PDF, Suppliers, and Advanced — one sanitized save.
Who wins with it
Your buyers order by the pallet, not the unit. Let them build a quote cart and get bulk pricing without a single phone call.
Made-to-spec? Collect requirements and a spec file up front, quote precisely, and keep every revision on record.
Hide prices and the Add to Cart button and turn your catalog into a lead-generating quote request engine.
Give trade accounts negotiated pricing by role, quote fast, and convert to a payable order in one click.
Negotiate, agree, and issue a WooCommerce order with a payment link — on your terms.
When price depends on the details, a quote beats a fixed Add to Cart every time.
Beyond a quote button
Product page → quote cart → priced PDF → negotiation → paid order, instead of spreadsheets and lost email threads.
Branded PDFs, a negotiation portal, convert-to-order, and supplier RFQ are included — not paid add-ons.
Accepted quotes become native WooCommerce orders with a payment link — your data stays in Woo.
