RepHub
The sales rep portal Shopify B2B is missing — reps order at contracted pricing, and commissions calculate themselves.
- Reps get their own portal — no Shopify admin access, no staff seats
- Order on behalf of accounts at their contracted B2B pricing
- Commissions that survive refunds, edits, splits and clawbacks
- Territories auto-assign new accounts to the right rep
- Payout runs with printable per-rep statements
- Flat pricing — no order caps, no percentage of your sales
The problem
Shopify B2B gave you companies and price lists. It never gave you a sales team.
- Reps can't order for their accounts — so you re-key their emailed spreadsheets into draft orders.
- Commissions live in Excel — recalculated by hand every month, and wrong the moment an order is refunded.
- Nobody owns the account book — no territories, no rep-level visibility, no leaderboard.
Shopify's only native answer is a staff account per rep — full admin access, and still no concept of commissions, territories or payouts.
Rules → orders → ledger → payouts. One app, no spreadsheets.
The rep layer, end to end
Reps work in their own app
Passwordless login, only their assigned accounts, mobile-first and installable on a phone. No Shopify admin access, no staff seats.
Orders at the account's real price
Contracted B2B pricing, quantity rules and payment terms applied by Shopify itself — previewed before the order is submitted.
Commission math you can trust
Percent, flat, tiered, split, per-product or per-collection. Refunds and edits reconcile themselves.
Pay reps in minutes
Sweep unpaid commissions into a payout run, generate per-rep statements, print or export, and mark paid.
Live in minutes
How it works
1. Invite
Add reps by email; they get a portal login with no Shopify admin access.
2. Assign
Give each rep their accounts — manually, or automatically by territory.
3. Sell
Reps browse and order at each account's contracted price, on any device.
4. Earn
Every paid order calculates commission from your rules, automatically.
5. Pay
Run payouts, print statements, mark paid. Refunds correct themselves.
Rep portal
A portal your reps will actually use
Reps sign in with no password — enter an email, get a 6-digit code and a magic link, and use whichever suits the device. Inside, they see only their assigned accounts, browse the full catalog at that account's contracted price (with the list price struck through when a discount applies), and search by product title or SKU.
The cart shows a real order review before anything is created — line prices, discounts, taxes, totals, and the account's payment terms — then reps either submit the order as payment-pending (net terms) or send the buyer a Shopify payment link. Full order history with status pills, their own commission statements, an installable home-screen app with an offline notice, and 30-day sessions so they're never re-authenticating at a trade show.
No Shopify admin access. No staff seats. No passwords.
The differentiator
Commission math you can defend in front of your reps
Build rules at five scope levels — shop-wide, per rep, per company, per collection, or per product — with rep-specific overrides. Choose from four calculation types: percentage of sales, flat per order, flat per unit, or tiered percentage (e.g. 5% → 7.5% over $10k → 10% over $50k). Split one commission across multiple reps (validated to total exactly 100%), pick the calculation basis, and schedule rate changes with effective-date windows so historical orders keep their original rule.
Precedence is transparent and deterministic — product+rep → product → collection+rep → collection → company → rep → shop default. And with “Test an order,” type any order number and see exactly which rule wins on every line and what each rep would earn — without writing anything to the ledger.
Commissions that survive reality
What happens when an order changes
Order paid
Writes an Earned entry per line, from the winning rule.
Partial refund
Writes a proportional Reversal for exactly the refunded portion.
Order edited
Writes an Adjustment so the ledger matches the new correct total.
Order cancelled
Reverses the full commission.
Refund after payout
Writes a Clawback onto the rep's next statement — closed periods stay intact.
Append-only, always
Amounts are never rewritten. Every entry records the exact rule that produced it.
Payouts
Pay your reps in minutes, not a spreadsheet afternoon
Create a payout run for any period and preview it first: per-rep opening balance, earned, clawbacks, adjustments, and net payable, plus total and entry count. Anyone with a zero or negative balance is held automatically — their balance rolls forward instead of producing a negative invoice.
The lifecycle is explicit — Draft → Finalize (locks entries into statements) → Mark as paid (entries become permanently immutable). Statements are professional, letterhead-style documents you can print or save as PDF for the bookkeeper, export to CSV, and your reps see their own statement in the portal the same day.
Territories
Every account has an owner — automatically
Define territories by any combination of country, state/province, ZIP or postal-code prefix, and company tag. When a new B2B company is created or updated in Shopify, RepHub assigns it to the matching territory the moment it happens — and where several reps share a territory, new accounts go to the least-loaded rep to balance the book.
Priority ordering breaks ties deterministically, a nightly sweep re-checks everything, and you can “Run assignment now” on demand. Manual assignments always win — an account you assigned by hand is never reassigned by automation.
Every plan
Native to Shopify B2B — on any plan
On Shopify Plus, RepHub uses your native company catalogs and contextual pricing. On Basic, Grow and Advanced, it delivers the same contracted pricing to reps through its own price lists — create them, import negotiated prices by CSV (sku, price), and assign them to companies.
Either way the rep experience is identical, and every order is a real Shopify draft order with real payment terms — there's no parallel order system to reconcile.
Fits how you already work
Integrations & attribution
Shopify Flow triggers
Build automations on “Order placed by rep” and “Commission earned” — Slack alerts, order tagging, approval routing, and more.
Order-page block
Every rep-placed order shows a “Placed by rep” card in Shopify admin, right where your team already works.
Order tags & attributes
Rep orders carry a RepHub tag, a rephub-rep:{handle} tag and order attributes, so attribution is visible in Shopify and in any export.
Product catalog sync
A full initial sync via Shopify bulk operations, then live incremental updates as products change.
Weekly digest email
Every Monday: orders, sales, commissions earned, and your top rep for the week.
CSV exports everywhere
Ledger, rep orders, statements, price lists, and a one-click full data export.
The numbers have to be right — so we built it that way
Correctness, trust & security
Reconcile-to-target engine
One code path handles paid, edited, refunded, partially refunded and cancelled orders; the ledger always converges to the correct total, proven by property-based tests.
Append-only ledger
Amounts are never overwritten — corrections are new typed rows (Reversal, Adjustment, Clawback), so the audit trail is complete.
Source-of-truth re-fetch
Order values are read back from Shopify before commission is computed. Webhook payload math is never trusted.
Triple idempotency
Duplicate webhook deliveries, replayed jobs and retries can never double-pay a rep.
Banker's rounding
All money math uses banker's rounding with 4-decimal precision stored.
Rule snapshots
Each entry records the exact rule that produced it, so historical statements stay explainable even after rules change.
Reps never touch your admin
No staff seats consumed, and reps can't see other reps' accounts, orders, or your store settings.
Privacy-first & clean uninstall
No buyer names, emails or addresses stored; full compliance webhooks; and RepHub data is hard-deleted after uninstall — only inert tags remain on your historical orders.
Real scenarios
Built for how wholesale teams actually sell
Road reps & trade shows
A rep opens RepHub on an iPad at a trade show, picks the boutique, builds the order at its contracted wholesale price, and submits it on Net 30 — tagged to the rep, commission accruing when the invoice is paid.
Tiered incentives
A distributor's reps earn 4% baseline, 6% above $25k/month, and 8% on the new line — plus a flat $2/case bonus on a promo SKU. Tiered, collection-scoped and flat-per-unit rules, layered by priority.
House accounts & splits
Two reps co-own a national chain on a 60/40 split, while a manager overrides commission on one product line for one rep only — with a precedence preview before it goes live.
A growing team needs territories
Hire three reps for the West, Midwest and Northeast; every new B2B company is auto-assigned by state and ZIP, balanced by workload, with national accounts pinned by hand.
The refund that used to cost money
A $12k order is paid and the rep is paid on it. Weeks later a third comes back — RepHub writes a clawback for exactly the refunded portion onto the next statement. No spreadsheet reconciliation.
Month-end payouts in minutes
On the 1st, preview last month per rep, finalize the run, print statements for the bookkeeper, and mark it paid. Reps see their statement the same day.
Nobody else does the whole loop
Why RepHub is different
The only end-to-end money loop
Rules → ledger → payout run → printable statement → paid. Other tools stop at a commission report.
Commissions that survive reality
Refunds, partial refunds, edits, cancellations and post-payout clawbacks all reconcile automatically.
Flat pricing, no punishment for growth
No order caps, no per-agent add-ons, and never a percentage of your GMV.
Native to Shopify B2B, every plan
Real companies, contracted pricing, draft orders and payment terms — with app-managed price lists when a plan lacks company catalogs.
Reps never touch your admin
No staff seats, scoped strictly to their own accounts, orders and commissions.
Installs in minutes, uninstalls clean
All RepHub data lives in RepHub and is hard-deleted after uninstall — nothing broken left behind in your store.

FAQ
Questions merchants ask before installing
Can't I just give reps Shopify staff accounts?
You can — but that consumes staff seats, exposes your whole admin, and Shopify has no concept of commissions, territories, payouts, or a rep-friendly ordering interface. RepHub reps never enter your admin.
Do I need Shopify Plus?
No. RepHub works on Basic, Grow, Advanced and Plus. On Plus it uses native company catalogs; on other plans it applies contract pricing through its own price lists.
What happens to commissions when an order is refunded?
A reversal is written automatically, proportional to what was refunded. If the commission was already paid out, it becomes a clawback on the next statement.
What if I change a commission rule after orders came in?
Historical entries keep the rule that was in effect. If you want to recalculate an order under current rules, there's an explicit Recompute action with a full audit trail.
Will this slow down my store?
RepHub adds nothing to your storefront. The rep portal is a separate app that browses from a local product cache, so catalog pages don't consume your Shopify API limits.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
Never. Flat monthly price, unlimited orders.
What if I want to leave?
Export everything to CSV in one click. On uninstall, your RepHub data is deleted — the only trace is inert tags on your own historical orders.
Can a rep see other reps' accounts?
No. Reps only ever see the companies assigned to them, their own orders, and their own commissions.
How do reps log in? Another password to manage?
No passwords. They enter their email and get a 6-digit code and a magic link.
Does it work at a trade show with bad wifi?
The portal installs to the home screen and caches its shell, with an offline notice. Submitting an order needs connectivity so pricing is always accurate.
How long does setup take?
Minutes. Invite a rep, assign their accounts, set one commission rule, and you can place a commissioned order right away.
Can a rep work for more than one brand?
Yes. A rep working for more than one RepHub store picks their store after login — one login across multiple brands.
Stop paying reps from a spreadsheet
Install RepHub, invite your first rep, and place a commissioned order in the next 15 minutes. 14-day free trial · flat pricing, no order caps · clean uninstall with a one-click export.
Shopify gave every merchant native B2B — companies, contracted price lists, payment terms. What it never gave them is a way to run a sales team on top of it. RepHub adds the missing layer: your outside and inside reps get their own portal (no Shopify admin access, no staff seats) where they see only their assigned accounts, browse the catalog at each account's contracted price, and place orders on the company's behalf.
Every paid order calculates commission automatically — through refunds, edits, and cancellations — and rolls into payout runs with printable statements. Percent, flat, tiered, split, per-product or per-collection rules; territories that auto-assign new accounts to the right rep; and an append-only ledger that always reconciles. Flat monthly pricing, no order caps, and never a percentage of your sales.
